We have a new telephone system recommended by the NHS.
It is a new cloud-based telephone system providing increased flexibility and improved functionality compared to the previous dated system.
All calls made to and from the surgery are now recorded for monitoring and training purposes.
Implementation of the new system aligns with the new NHS guidelines for NHS GP telephone services.
