A new online service (www.nhs.uk – Choose your coronavirus (COVID-19) vaccination invitation preference) allows members of the public to register that they do not wish to get invitations or reminders via the NIMS. They can also call 119 to register their preferences. Preferences can be changed at any time.
People who have declined vaccinations at their GP surgery or at a vaccination site will still need to use the new service to opt out of being contacted via the NIMS.
